How do I book my sessions?
Once you've purchased your membership you may book your sessions by doing the following;
(1) Select a service from your membership plan you've purchased.

(2) Loggin on the upper right-hand corner.

(3) Once you log in you'll be able to select the technician of your choice.

Can I request a specific nail technician?
Yes, you can.

How do I tip?
You may tip in cash or with a card in the salon.


How long does my membership last?
Memberships are for one month only. You'll need to schedule all of your services within the one month period.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel one of your appointments. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will lose the service schedule. A 24-hour notice enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule based on staff availability.
